Since as long as I can remember I have had fascination for dogs and loved dogs! When I was 14 years old I had saved enough money to buy my own dog, a Tibetan Terrier. I started to show him and did well. He became a Swedish champion and also had an obedience title (for sure that was my first – and last – obedient dog)! Only a year after I went to the UK to work at a kennel, to learn more. Both the husband and wife were dogshow judges and taught me a lot. As a young man I cooperated with some breeders in Sweden, and abroad. My own prefix, founded in 1994, Shadeacre, has only bred Tibetan Terriers, many of them champions worldwide, and also some all breed BIS winners. Even if I have only bred TT’s I have hade some other breeds in the home as well, such as toy poodles, Rhodesia ridgeback & Lhasa apso. I became a judge in 2016 and have since then judged in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia, Czech republic, Germany, Italy, Israel, Slovakia, the Netherlands and awarded CC’s twice in my own breed in the United Kingdom. Besides dogs I love to travel and meet new people and cultures. In my everyday job, I work human rights, which is also very important to me. I feel very honoured to be on the judges list for the FCI World Dog Show 2025 in Finland, and I can not wait to see many beautiful dogs and meet nice exhibitors.
