I can honestly say I have been involved in dogs all my life. My grandfather and my parents bred and showed Staffordshire bull terriers under the prefix of Ruffhill and Nethertonion. I showed my first Staffordshire bull terrier at nine years of age, winning my first CC at age 13 at the Staffordshire bull terrier club championship show. 
 
I became interested in wire fox terriers around the same time and have bred several wire champions including an all breed best in show winner under the prefix Nethertonion. I became a professional handler in my early twenties and have made up over 100 champions. I give CCs in thirteen terrier breeds plus I judge the terrier group. I had the honour of judging Staffordshire bull terrier bitches at Crufts in 2019. I am judging the terrier group at Crufts in 2025. 
 
I am very much looking forward to my judging appointment in Finland at the world show.
